Chicken Jalisco
Okay first off, BIG thanks to our dear friends who live in Paradise! ;) They have cooked many meals for us. Great meals. Spicy hot meals that would defeat most mortals. For some reason though we all pull up to the table and eat food that is unearthly spicy. (Maybe we are all a little competitive... no one wants to say Uncle).
Anyway, they have a recipe for Chicken Jalisco that they GENEROUSLY shared with us. We've wanted to make it forever but you know how it goes with good intentions. So with this crazy winter weather we've had a little extra time on our hands.
My DEAR husband made it for the first time this weekend. Along with a mexican rice that our daughter has appropriatley renamed FIRE RICE. ;)
It was SOOOOOO delicious!
Thank you dear husband for slaving over that hot stove to make an even hotter dinner.
And thank you residents of Paradise for sharing what may be the best recipe on earth!

Yes...where is the recipe. You can't just tease us with the pictures!
Ha! I'm not nearly as generous as the residents of Paradise! ;) Well, actually I am... but don't feel comfortable giving away their recipe without asking permission. :)
I'll give you one of MY recipes though! :)
